Tarletta is a fractional CSO/COO, speaker, podcast host, a mom of two, and your go-to person when your business feels stuck and nothing’s working quite right.

She started Business Under Review to create space for honest conversations with real business owners looking for action beyond answers. The kind where clarity clicks, the pressure lifts, and things finally start to make sense. Tarletta lives just outside Tampa, usually surrounded by Post-its, a chai latte, and kids asking what’s for dinner.
